This study characterized the glucose is a monosaccharide, non toxic, non polluting, biodegradable and biocompatible with the material. Natural monosaccharides to polymers modified silicone, water insoluble siloxane into a water soluble, to increase its versatility of use, the water soluble glucose-type silicone surfactant prepared with the addition of a good surface activity, and have low toxicity, biodegradability, for development and development of green materials have greatly helpful.
A series of glucose-type silicone surfactant, as the research and development of application of dyeing auxiliaries. glucose-type silicone of different concentration used to disperse (C.I.Disperse Blue 79、C.I.Disperse Red 60) dyed polyester fabric of the case, and secondly to explore the performance of dyed fabric abrasion, and discuss its washing performance and color intensity. The results show glucose-type silicone surfactant adding additives retarding effect on the stain has increased polyester fiber dyeing uniformity.
