The LEDs are less costly than alternatives and save significantly on electricity costs. Next-generation LED grow lights deliver dramatic power savings and unmatched product reliability. They offer low power, high-efficiency, uniform light pattern, homogenous light distribution at precisely the right wavelengths and color ratios needed for superior photosynthetic response. In the thesis, the goal was to develop a new light apparatus with LEDs optimized for vegetable production in plant factory. We design a novel LED plant factory system. The system includes the control of the light source, the environment and mechanical design. So the experiment is designed through the improvement of construction, electronic and environment. The target of our study focus on family market. Easy operation interface and multi-function are standard option for smart LED growth system. Finally, we developed a LED brightness control system by PWM duty. The LED growth system offers exactly luminous intensity with difference plant.
