Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 運動教育研究所 === 104 === Through the self-narration, by me retrospecting the past experiences of running marathon, the thesis of this paper is to recount my life story of marathon, specifically on how I went from a novice runner to one of the top ten female marathon runners in Taiwan. This paper implements narrative exploration within the area of substantial research as the method of the research. I will use the style of autobiography to tie the four main stages of marathon skill- beginner, novice, hunter and runner- together, constituting the story of my marathon life. The narration would further reflect my thoughts on the importance and impact of athletics on one's life. Life is like a marathon race; only through accumulative training day after day could one create miracles. After enduring through thousands of trials and errors could one achieve notable highlight in one's marathon life and receive self worth as well as future aspiration through the success.
