碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 運動教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 104 === The main purpose of this study was to discuss the effects of team cohesion and goal orientation on the self-confidence of players. With the questionnaire methodology, 160 tennis players of 2016 National High School Athletic Games were recruited as participants. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA to test the assumptions. The main findings were as follows: 1. The students’ team cohesion, goal orientation and self-confidence of players were both among agree and very agree. 2. There were significant difference on team cohesion, goal orientation and self-confidence of players of students’ gender, age, and practice years. 3. There were significant difference of correlation between team cohesion, goal orientation and self-confidence of players. 4. The factors of “self-orientation”, “personal affiliation” and “personal attraction” can be a significant predictor on self-confidence of players.
