碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所碩士在職專班 === 104 === This study explores the relationship between nursing competence and campus emergency care for secondary and elementary school nurses in New Taipei City. The method of data collection was questionnaire survey, adopted from questionnaire named “Questionnaire of Relationship between Nursing Competence and Campus Emergency Care for Secondary and Elementary School Nurses in New Taipei City” as the research tool, there were 424 questionnaire being sent and valid samples were 344 ones. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA ,t test and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. There were main finding of this study as below: 1.The overall status of nursing competence for secondary and elementary school nurses in New Taipei City is the height performance, and“teaching ability＂,“communication competence＂and“professional growth＂aspect are the best. 2.The overall status of campus emergency care for secondary and elementary school nurses in New Taipei City is the height performance and“dealt with immediately＂aspect is the best. 3.For situation of nursing competence for secondary and elementary school nurses in New Taipei City in every aspect, it is different significant in “age＂, “education level＂and “the number of school classes＂. 4.For situation of campus emergency care for secondary and elementary school nurses in New Taipei City in every aspect, it is different significant in “the number of school classes＂. 5.There is a positive correlation between nursing competence and campus emergency care forsecondary and elementary school nurses. According to the findings, practical implications for educational administration executive, nurses in school and further study were proposed.
