Interviews and research on practical design method to impose the interview subject and the actual interviews with the object for the former Ministry of Education through Sport Department tissue engineered within the establishment during and after the course of staff, and Chief level or less (including) the business of the actual implementation of staff Lord, a total of 6, prior to the interview to design interview questions, and fixed for the interviewee, and obtain their consent before they were interviewed by the actual process of in-depth interviews, respondents in understanding organizational change after the actual status and external internal and attitude. The respondents of the interviews by editing style analysis, through editing, organization, transcription, interpretation of interviews to find meaningful keywords and categories to further explain the text, coupled with the analysis, the study found: 1.Individual Business reduced autonomy. 2.Increase diversity policy. 3.Reduce administrative efficiency, promote aging compression derivatives business problem. 4.After the tissue engineered staff attitude is not much change.
