Our results can provide useful information to the sports center for improvement of customers’ service quality and development of course design in the future. Our findings in this study are as following: 1. statistical results of the population in the sports center show the ratio of male to female in all participants is one to one. Descriptive characters of participants were categorized by the age, marital status, education level, living area, occupation and frequency of participation. Results show the majority of participants have these characters, and they are: their age are less than 30-years-old, single, holding a Bachelor’s degree, residents, working in the field of Information Technology, and two to three times per week in the sports center. 2. Results show “health-related physical fitness” is the high-level recognizance for participation motivation. The main reason for customers participating exercise in sports centers is keeping healthy and well-being. “Psychological factors” and “interpersonal relationship” are the mid-level recognizance, and “self-realization” is the low-level recognizance. Moreover, results show “validity” is the high-level recognizance on customer service in the sports center. Participants focus on the quality of equipment, contents of sources and interaction with taffs and trainers. “Tangibility” and “reliability” are the mid-level recognizance; “solicitude” is the low-level recognizance.
