Simulation Study for a Fractal Model for Tumor

碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 數學系數學教育碩士班 === 104 === Our study will provide a theoretical support for Tsai, Wang, Lo, Chou, & Hsieh (2012) and give our numerical analysis and graphics, including that two examples are for the normal location x at time t; and two examples are for the spatial location at time...

Also, we provide the algorithms for 3-dimensional plots by Maple. They can be a technical example for the people whom are interesting in learning Maple. Finally, we find the two plots, Figure 6 of Case 5 and Figure 7 of Case 6 in Example 2, give a good support for the results in Tsai et al. (2012) that "tumor self-seeding" gradually decreased with increased tumor size. The positional probability in the fractal framework helped us decipher tumor spatiotemporal dynamics. The 3D-fractal model is a convenient model of tumor for practice. Wang, Mei-Chuan 王美娟 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 36 en_US
