Internet provides a variety of services and applications and it becomes to a part of the life. However, Internet addiction is one drawback for the youngth. In the information society, the development of the economy and the continuous learning depend on an accumulation of knowledge. Moreover, e-learning provides a platform without the limitation on time and space. Obviously, digital learning has become an important education trend. With the learning experiences, the function of e-learing system is the first concern. Therefore, the function design of the e-learning system an important factor. Understaing the college students’ usage behavior in Internet and giving an e-learning system design proposal are the main goal of this study. The main purpose of this study is to explore the college students’ internet usage behavior and to analyze the design of digital learning system according to these behaviors. With this study, it is expected to understand college students' Internet usage behavior and to provide some suggestions and references to the design for the future digital learning system. The specific objectives of this study include the following, 1. Understanding the status of current College Students' Internet usage behavior; 2. Analyzing College Students' network behavior and the function of the e-learning system; 3. Analyzing College Students' willingness to use the function of digital learning system; 4. Giving suggestions to design an e-learning system according to the college students’ Internet usage behavior.
