The quasi-experimental method is used in this study, and the study samples are senior students from the Primary School, those sample students received 12 foster spiritual lessons, and the "National small children happiness scale" was adopted as research tools for pre-test and post-test. The quantitative information obtained were collated by analysis of one-way covariance and, discuss the effectiveness of the curriculum through qualitative data obtained, such as a “school curriculum sheet”、”activity feedback sheet”、”Teachers observation log”、”Parents observation record”..etc, The main conclusions of this study hereby listed as follows: 1.Foster spiritual lesson can enhance the well-being of senior elementary school student 2.Foster spiritual lesson bring about positive impact on senior elementary school student 3.High level of acceptance and favorable response were received for Foster spiritual lesson among senior elementary school student As conclusion, according to research findings, it is recommended for curriculum designer, curriculum executor, teachers and future researchers to conduct foster spiritual lesson.
