The constructivist orientation of grounded theory was adopted to discover the positive influences of family factors during organizational socialization process. Based on the orientation, the author used open coding, axial coding, selective coding and process to analyze data, and conducted story line, think comparatively, memos and diagrams as supplementary technique. Based on the result and literatures of emerging adulthood, organizational socialization, structural role framework, composite self, the study constructed the result of “the organizational socialization process of youth in emerging adulthood – the positive influences of family factors”. The results showed that the positive influences of family hopes, family relations in the process of organizational socialization and the two-way benefits of the interactions of family and working context in the process of organizational socialization were beneficial to achieve the organization socialization of youth in emerging adulthood on the levels of work, team and organization. It also formed adequate work role in the working context, improved balance between youth and family, and used constructing experiences of the structural role in cross-context to step in adulthood progressively. 熊曣 周志明 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 205 zh-TW
