Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 音樂學系 === 104 === This study aimed to teaching process of music teachers in the elementary school. It adopted case study to explore the principle of preparation for preactive, implementation contents for interactive, the way to reflection for postactive of expert teacher of music. The subjects were the three public elementary school expert teachers of music in Taipei who were recommended by professors and arts and humanities consultants. Their educational senior are 19,20,27 and they all have received numerous awards. Through the interviews observation records of class, audio and video recording equipment, documentations, pilot study, etc., to comprehend expert teachers how to make decisions, implement the teaching, enhance self-adjusting teaching, and professional abilities during teaching process for expert teachers. The research investigation is from October 2015 to May 2016.
The study concludes as below:
1. Principle of preparation for preactive is curriculum guidelines, students' and teachers' abilities, teaching conditions and external conditions to conduct lesson planning.
2. Implementation content for interactive is contain from listening, through watching and moving to learn music elements. Teaching relate with music closely, students' experience in past and experience of life, and other kind of arts. Class management combines with music learning. According to students' degree adjust assessment criteria remedial education.
3. The way to reflection for postactive is through a variety of teaching records, based on the effectiveness of student learning to adjust, and then use different kind of ways for professional development, improve teaching abilities, and keep attitude of learning.
Finally, this study provides some suggestions to elementary music teachers, universities of teacher education, researches in the future that offer music teachers to teach and research of reference.
