As every single screw in a precise machine, only when every staff extent themselves to maximum output value can promote the organization operating and expanding. How to motivate every staff to make effort is the biggest issue for the organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect and the staff’s thoughts of the authoritarian leader’s support, colleague’s support to organizational identity and employee performance. To do this research, we made the questionnaire named ‘’Authoritarian Leader’s Support, Colleague’s Support to Organizational Identity, Task Performance, Contextual Performance’’. The major subject of this research is the working people in Taichung City, Chiayi City, Tainan City and Kaohsiung City. The questionnaires were issued by convenience sampling of 350 questionnaires and collected 217 valid samples. The resulting data analyzed by SPSS 12.0, the research results and the comments are: A.) Personal background variables of every variables relative instruction: The employee working for a organization have highly organizational commitment of the authoritarian leader’s support, colleague’s support to organizational identity and employee performance. B.) The correlations and variability between each variables : 1. Authoritarian leader’s support, colleague’s support has significant effect to organizational identity. 2. Authoritarian leader’s support has significant effect to task performance and contextual performance. 3. Organizational identity has significant effect to task performance and contextual performance. 4. Task performance and contextual performance has significant positive effect. C.) Suggestion: 1. Management by walking around is the suggest way for supervisors. 2. The organization needs to build the complete employee benefits system that in the line with expectations. 3. The organization should arrange the communicate courses between supervisors and employee irregularly. 4. To build the rewards system of employee performance assessment. 5.
