The main purpose of this study was to: (1) Investigate current situation of insurance employees’ professional commitment ,work engagement and job performance. (2) Explore the different influence effect of different variables on the insurance employees’ professional commitment , work engagement and job performance . (3) Analyze the relationships between insurance employees’ professional commitment , work engagement and job performance. After collecting and summarizing related literatures, To achieve the above-stated goals, surveys were conducted using purposive sampling. A total of 200questionnaires were issued and 121were valid. Descriptive statistics,T test, Anova,Pearson-moment correlation correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. The study results are as the following: (A) insurance employees’ professional commitment ,work engagement and job performance has a positive effect.(B) different backgrounds insurance employees’ having differences in professional commitment ,work engagement and job performance. Finally, based on the study results, the researcher proposes some suggestions for the insurance, and the future researchers, hoping to benefit the development of in the future.
