Summary: | 碩士 === 環球科技大學 === 中小企業經營策略管理研究所 === 104 === The main features of micro matchmaking and dating enterprises include small scale, low assets, low operational and technological thresholds, and easy replication of successful experiences of others. The industry is also characterized by overlapping marketing channels and fierce competition. This study adopts a qualitative research approach with micro matchmaking and dating enterprises which were founded at least five years ago as the research subjects. Based on the contents of the two stages and six dimensions of entrepreneurial competencies, the researcher explores the manifestation of opportunities and capabilities during the startup stage as well as the key contents exhibited in the different dimensions of operational capabilities following the foundation of a new enterprise. This study has identified the following research propositions in the field of entrepreneurial competencies of the micro matchmaking and dating industry: opportunity exploration, opportunity development capabilities, organizational abilities, relationship competence, and commitment capabilities. The study also provides recommendations for practitioners.
