| Summary: | 碩士 === 環球科技大學 === 觀光與生態旅遊系環境資源管理碩士班 === 104 === Growing public interest in leisure activities has made camping a favorable choice of recreational activities . By engaging campers with nature, camping not only allows them to relax physically and mentally, but also strengthens their social relationships with their family and friends. To find an ideal campground, one must first have a clear understanding of what qualifies as an idea campsite. Therefore, adopting interviews and Green Key rating indicators, the author of this study evaluated three camping sites of the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area, "Yu Yazhu Resort", "Fushui Hills" and "Shoot Nan Garden" in terms of their development and operations. The results were as followed: In the" indoor environment" criteria element , Fish Yazhu was rated the best with a 100% score, Shoot Nan Park , 93%, and followed by Fushui Villa, 62% ; In the "waste disposal" element, Shoot Nan Park performed best with a 71% score, and then Fish Yazhu, 64%, and Fushui Villa ,57 %; The above two indicators were considered basic standards for modern life nowadays . Thus, the scores these three campsites obtained were relatively higher when compared to those in other criteria . All three campsites were given the lowest scores in 'water' element: Fish Yazhu (13%), Fushui Villa (13 %) and shoot Nan Park (30%); Their ratings in the other criteria were also low, meaning there is much room for improvement for these three campsites. It is hoped that a five-star campground will be established so that campers can enjoy a safe, luxurious camping experience.
