Summary:碩士 === 台南應用科技大學 === 音樂系碩士班 === 104 === The purpose of this research is to explore the common characteristics of winning repertoire of children piano competitions in Taiwan, and to provide the interpretation examples of those winning repertoire. The researcher first collected all the top three winning repertoire from the Taiwan Culture Cup Music Competition, the National Music Competition, the Japan Classical Music Competition (now as Taiwan First Prize Music Competition), and the Brahms Music Competition during 2009-2013 period. There were one hundred and twenty four repertoire were collected. Based on the different musical styles and composers, the researcher calculated the times that the repertoire was played. Among those 124 repertoire, twenty four of them were played over three times in the four competitions. The researcher found that the contemporary, the classical, and the romantic styles were chosen as winning repertoire styles more often than the Baroque style in those four competitions. The contemporary composers, D. Kabalevsky (1904-1987), A. Khachaturian (1903-1978), the classical composer, M. Clementi (1752-1832), F. Haydn (1732-1809), and the romantic composer, A. E. Chabrier (1841-1894) were the favorite composers among those winning repertoire composers. Finally, the researcher provides six analyzing and interpretation examples of the winning repertoire.
