Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 資訊工程學系(所) === 104 === Since the rapid development of mobile Internet, the global number of mobile Internet devices and data traffic speed growth, the use of LTE-U(LTE in Unlicensed band) can effectively challenge the huge amount of data for the future. GIS(Geographic Information System) is a combination of geography and cartography computer systems, now widely applied in different fields of research, mainly applied to stores, edits, analyzes, shares, and displays geographic information. In this part of road safety , combine the GIS disaster prevention and road safety management system, mainly application in the relief mission attendance when disaster (e.g. earthquake) or vehicle accident, for example, When earthquake break, we can know in advance the disaster and the road instant messages through GIS, find the best path avoid through traffic congestion or collapse, but a large amount of instant messages sent to the Database GIS may cause congestion on the transmission path, this time you can't immediately know the instant messages impact efficiency of disaster relief. We designed a set of GIS combine multipath TCP (MPTCP) application in disaster rescue and prevention systems , it can be more efficient transmission of large amounts of instant messages, relief vehicles can be the first to grasp the disaster and road conditions, thereby to improve the efficiency of disaster relief.
