Based on the theories of business process reengineering and regional logistics center, an two-stage process strategy for military hardware parts supply was suggested to improve supply efficiency. According to modified Delphi method, questionnaire survey was carried out to obtain the major affecting factors. Entropy method and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) were used for analysis of the merits. Research results indicate that two-stage process would significantly simplify the application process and improve supply efficiency by reducing transportation time. The effect of improved military hardware parts supply system will be verified by army practice in the future.
