| Summary: | 碩士 === 稻江科技暨管理學院 === 休閒遊憩管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === A procedure is to probe into the elementary school teachers’ leisure participation and satisfaction in Beigang township. The research used general surveys to analyze the difference of the leisure participation and satisfaction for teachers in Beigang township from different backgrounds. Therefore, the general surveys consisted of three parts：personal information, participation of leisure, and satisfaction of leisure. Using the cluster samples, a total of 212 copies of questionnaires were mailed, and 205 copies were validated with a returned validity rate of 96.70%.
The data collected were analyzed and results showed：1. Gender, age, professional title of participants had significant effects on leisure participation. 2. Gender, age, marital status and seniority of participants had significant effects on leisure satisfaction. 3.The participants have the social, exercise, and outdoor activities more, and they have better satisfaction about psychology, education, society, and relaxation.
