The purpose of research is to evaluate the use of Network DEA and other models listed on the Taiwan cabinet measure consumer electronics industry business efficiency in all stages of. Finally, consumer electronics manufacturers and then classify, decision matrix is formed, its findings may provide the competent authorities and the public a clear Taiwan consumer electronics industry business profile, for reference and the relevant units of the investor, and provided to the consumer electronics manufacturers to develop policy-makers as a reference time of its competitive strategy. In the Network DEA model, the results show: (1) the operation stage, 29.41% for consumer electronics manufacturers have efficiency; (2) the profit stage, 35.29% Consumer electronics manufacturers have efficiency; (3) the market stage, 35.29% Consumer electronics manufacturers have efficiency; (4) 5.88% for consumer electronics manufacturers its overall efficiency is 1, the only global company.
