Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南藝術大學 === 音像紀錄與影像維護研究所 === 104 === Since 2015, the author has started to stay in Tainan, recording how local young people participate in folk religion in modern days. In this study, the status quo and scenes of how Tainan young people take part in Taiwanese traditional religion are presented via three case studies of Wei-Li Tang, Yi-Jie Shi and Yanshui Fu-An Temple.
The author has actually participated in those religious activities together with people in the documentary to discuss how traditional religion is accepted widely in younger generations. As a documentary of Taiwanese folk religion, this video record presents how modern young people engage in such religion and reserve the culture, while demonstrating how traditional religion affects their mentality and how they embody the spirit of such culture in their daily lives.
It is hoped that this written presentation and the documentary of "pu̍t-á su⊦" can provide useful references for future researches related to Taiwanese folk religion.
