Summary: | 碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 流通管理系 === 104 === Good distribution practice (GDP) for Medical Devices management around the world is under pressure to reform and to improve the quality of product and service delivery. There is increasing recognition that supplying good quality and effective product is urgent across supply chains for health care. In recent years many manufacturing companies have experienced the achievements in productivity and quality. However, Product quality can be adversely affected by a lack of adequate control within the storage and distribution process. To industry, that means a bulk of investment in money and human resources has to be spent to ensure their quality system is up-to-date and follows the requirements listed in this standards. However, for the major part of the companies in Taiwan, medium-small size enterprises, such an investment can only be done once due to the limited resources. In this paper, we tried to construct a quality system for these enterprises that will qualify the requirements of these standards. Finally, another survey on managers and experts was conducted to see whether this model is suitable for enterprises. This research finds that are: If you want to be successful circulation of GDP standards should be "planning" as a key, and the "improvement of facilities and equipment", "establishing organizational responsibilities" and "training" and other resources into three key elements to do first, to the successful introduction of GDP and have good results. In addition, executives involved in the establishment and organization hierarchy and specify the quality of the person in charge, granted full administrative powers. Finally, an effective "GDP quality system import mode map", providing a medical device circulation reference.
