There are various mechanisms of congressional involvement abroad, among which are the Interparliamentary Meeting, the Friendship Groups, as well as the Foreign Affairs Committees of Parliament.
This reality does not escape the relationship of the Republic of Paraguay with respect to the Republic of China (Taiwan).
The purpose of this research will provide a new vision of parliamentary work and relations with both countries, the implications of different approaches, trying to see the advantages of these new forms of external State through parliament, with different political, ideological, cultural, and economic scenarios, to mention a few points that are part of the bilateral agenda.
