The global trend of cultural and creative industries is also on it. But most of interactive arts must have an expencive large-scale installations as interactive media. On the other hand, the numbers of smart handheld devices users has been more than three billion people. Due to its universality, smart handheld devices are suitable as a medium of interactive arts. Furthermore, because of its universality, the relationship between human and smartphone are more than more close. Communications between people are often through smartphone and internet, lead to the interaction between people in real world is reducing. This paper was cooperating with FBI lab, Taipei National University of the Arts, using smart handheld devices to making a muti-device interacrive art, through bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It can be cheap, and can be display at any time, everywhere, therefore, interactive arts becomes the civillans arts.
