Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 公共行政學系公共政策碩士在職專班 === 104 === This thesis analyzed staffing strategy in Urban Irrigation Association which included Taoyuan, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Chi-Sing, Liugong Irrigation Association. In order to promote the current system and make some advice, we searched and reviewed papers about current systems and correlated issues and we even had some conferences with experts. Further, this thesis proposed some human resource development plans which were strategic for Urban Irrigation Association.
According to this thesis, we discovered that the financial structure, business vision, and staffing strategy were obviously different between Urban Irrigation Association and Rural Irrigation Association. If we wanted to reach the goal that Urban Irrigation Association’s business could be sustainable management, we suggested Urban Irrigation Association should focus on new business demand and more emphasizing the assets activation’s specialist in business design.
