Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 化學工程與生物科技系生化與生醫工程碩士班 === 104 === In this thesis, we report on the self-assembly, structures and properties of four copper(II)-¬based metalorganic polymers. The crystal structures of all of the new compounds were characterized by spectral methods and further confirmed by single-crystal X-rays diffraction analysis. The reactions of copper(II) ions with 5-(4-pyridyl)tetrazole (4-H-ptz), L-tryptophane or D-tryptophane under mild reaction conditions at 50 °C produced two coordination polymers, [Cu(L-trp)(4-ptz)]n (1), and [Cu(D-trp)(4-ptz)]n (2). Both compounds 1 and 2 adopt a three-dimensional coordination network, with P212121 space groups, and both are enantiomers. The reactions of Cu2+ ions with 2-hydroxynicotinic acid in different solvent systems under mild reaction conditions at 50 °C afforded two coordination polymers {[Cu(nica)(4-ptz)(H2O)]⋅MeOH}n (3) and [Cu(nica)(4-ptz)(H2O)]n (4). Both compounds 3 and 4 are two-dimensional structures. The significant difference between the crystal structures of compounds 3 and 4 is the guest molecules, which is due to the addition of methanol in the solvent systems. Solvent effects and the chirality of the products were investigated.
