The purpose of this study is to investigate how the perspective of service constellation affects customization strategies and contributes to industrial cluster.
This research is based on the perspective of customers and explores synergistic effects among the various services that comprise a customization experience in Yongle Fabric Market, therefore, proposes new models for service innovation.
Findings and results: (1) Integration of service constellation may satisfy customer with different levels of involvement. (2) This program successfully increases product value by employing three levels of customization. (3) Providing flexibility in product customization benefits both customers and service providers in Yongle Fabric Market.
