The “White Paper on Small and Medium Enterprises in 2015 in Taiwan” shown that the strengthened micro-enterprise is most important part for the government policy in each countries. The micro-enterprise is like the most of enterprises’ initial condition, if it could growth up steady that will be a country’s ability basement.
Also, our country was assessed by” Global Entrepreneurship Development Institute” in 2015 that Taiwan was No.1 in Asia. The Taiwanese entrepreneurs stand at the giant’s shoulder then pick up the global market opportunities. It will be closer the success.
The 21th Conference of the Parties (COP21) in Paris reaffirmed that energy saving and carbon reduction is still a big point to earth. The energy service companies (ESCOs) were driven by this issue. This study found out many supporting information in one chapter to explain the “Qualitative Study Analysis Method”. Set up the background and motivation, the interviewing outline was almost already clear. Using the “Deep Interviewing Method” and “Purposive Sampling” chose the interviewees and investigated their entrepreneurial processes. This study focused on the construction or design industry of ESCOs that related with the government energy subsidy cases. It is researched 6 companies that accorded the above conditions. According to the “Ten Major Infrastructure Projects” policy from the former president Ching-Kuo Chiang, the domestic market added from government can strengthen the economy and improve the industry. Similarly, the government energy subsidy policy in 2006 can also promote ESCOs’ chain, it create the domestic market and increase the power of enterprise, employment. Using the recorder, interviewing note to collect the data arranged the transcripts, the screwing code was used to analysis data at the same time. The conclusions reviewed and member checks can examine these answers of the study. These 2 ways can firm the credibility and validity.
There is another purpose trying to make sure whether the ESCOs’ entrepreneurial environment is link up with government resources in Taiwan or not. This study analyzed why the ESCOs did not use the government resources. The entrepreneurial environment in Taiwan assessed excellent at the first paragraph is disproved, this appearance can improve careers’ success opportunity and development. Above all, this study can be a reference to the government and those entrepreneurs in the future.
