Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 104 === The research is to explore the key successfactors of a fashion clothing development companythroughthe Analytic Hierarchy Process, and adopting the Delphimethod to progress questionnaire via 15 professionals. Examined by expert surveys, 19 key factors are aggregated into four structures, which are cognitive compatibility, original brand superiority, original innovative service capability, and technology innovation. The results reveal that original innovative service capability and technology innovation are the main aspects ofkey successfactors for a fashion clothing development company, especially original innovative service capability is much more important. Under the entire measurement, the critical key success factors for a fashion clothing development companyembrace accomplishing the terms of a contract in time plan, providing high professional recommendations, and favorable service capability. They represent that a fashion clothing development company not only has to continuously enforce the differences of services and technology capabilities, but also has to continuously provide favorable services and relevant professional knowledge, and in the meanwhile, attempting to accomplish each case in time plans. Therefore, each company would like to promote their willingness in cooperating with one and another in fashion industry, maintaining the upgrading business performance.
