Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木工程系土木與防災碩士班 === 104 === The previous studies show that geopolymer will produce porosity foam after adding aluminum powder in it, and the air in the porosities can not only isolate high heat pyrogen efficiently but also substantially reduce its weight. Because buildings at Frigid Zone usually need heater to keep the indoor temperature, so these advantages can be applied on building partition wall in better use.
Current building partition wall are still using Portland cement, but it’s heat preservation ability is low. By using foam geopolymer replace Portland cement can not only improve indoor temperature preservation and avoid the heat from radiating, but also decrease the amount of carbon dioxide emission. In the end, it can also achieve the purpose of Conserve energy and reduce carbon dioxide emission.
This research produces several different variations of 16 cm diameter round test at the same Sodium hydroxide ratio and stirring time. By putting these test in -20°C fridge from room temperature to measure the heat preservation time of test’s center and collect the data to compare the differences.
