Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木工程系土木與防災碩士班 === 104 === In this study, theory formulas and engineering design experience are used to analyze and design a mixer structure system (MSS). In addition, the optimize design of stirrer system using LS-DYNA is considered. The design concepts base on three demands. First demand is to change the structural support of MSS. Second demand is to set auger. Third demand is size of MSS for 30m. Design cases have three cases. Case 1 is optimizing design of the cantilever end truss structural displacements. Case 2 is optimization design of uneven force roller system. Case 3 is to optimize the auger connection configuration system, anti-off device, truss set flange at the disconnect surface, configure the rubber bearing and reinforced concrete foundation. For MSS model, the empirical formula is to calculate the strength and numerical simulation of real acts using LS-DYNA. Stress and strain of proposed MSS are less than allowable stress, strain and displacement of MSS and soil subsidence amount.
