Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 104 === The article aims to design and develop the training teaching aids for the table tennis robot of player situation simulator .The training teaching aids used Laser diode integrated with photo resist to build the optical mesh of photo interrupt. The optical mesh is with an interval of 35 mm due to the ball diameter is 40 mm, which can detect the position of ball. Moreover, the speed of ball and the rotational speed of motor are measured by using the infrared light sensor. The robot is built-in PVC pipes and Al truss. Two DC motors are used to take the service. The table tennis robot used Microchip of 16 bit MCU (PIC30F6011) to output PWM signal for AC motor controlling are applied. One is UATR communication which uses PIC integrated with VB2010 programmed software, another uses LinkIt ONE control plate developed by MEDIA TEK with APP program on android system.
