Unfortunately, Taiwan textile industry was fallen when the complementary and protective policies has been revoked as well as the rising costs, the rising environmental protection ideology, and the rising of international protectionism. Albeit this situation has rebounded since 2009, the status of the realm of textile industry has sequentially been overtaken by emerging textile development countries, such as China, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, India, and Turkey. The situation makes Taiwan reconsider the revolution of textile industry from labor intensive, and independent developments to integrated competitive superiority and multiple developments in the structure of textile industry, and then seek the new textile industry with multiple additional values. In other words, it can be seen the strategy of upgrade and transformation is a process of consideration when company faces the survival crisis, company thus would evaluate its strength and weakness, and estimate the opportunity and threat of environments to establish its effective strategies. The research is to discuss a successful company, to see how the significant determinants affect a textile company to make decisions of industrial upgrade and transformation when the industrial environment changes, to explore what the critical success factors are for engaging in industrial upgrade and transformation, and eventual to investigate the situation of business performance improvement and the change of value network after industrial upgrade and transformation. 何晉滄 蔡榮發 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
