In the absence of public toilets or traffic jam that make the children cannot go to the toilet, so the toilet design car folding seat is the main purpose of the present study.
This study use SolidWork computer-aided design software product design appearance, and the use of computer-aided engineering (CAE) analysis software ANSYS Workbench (platform) for structural stress analysis, use Moldflow analysis formability, desirable to provide children a safe and comfortable seating to achieve the required quality and strength requirements.
By the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench stress analysis simulator that when three different children folding seat all subjected to 80 kg (800 N) under the pressure load, the minimum effective stress is 3.16 MPa, and the variation of the amount minimum is 0.44 mm, so the design meets the threshold at 80 kg force variation of not more than 3 mm.
By ANSYS stress analysis model through the third is the minimum deformation, and the structure is the most secure model, so this study, using three models optimized for Moldflow analysis. Through Moldflow Mold flow analysis to confirm that the product is for injection molding.
