Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 製造科技研究所 === 104 === Double (two-color) Injection molding is the use of two different kinds (different colors) resin with well binding property, sequentially or simultaneously injected into the mold cavity and molded plastic products. This study is the principle of two-shot molding, two kinds of poor binding material (a material emitted PPA + 50% GF, two shot material is POM), has injected into the mold cavity, due to different cooling shrinkage to generate a gap between 2 parts’ surfaces, so that the shaft structure having a rotating function. If the design is not appropriate, finished products will be stuck and can not be rotated. The first to use interactive use Moldex 3D CAE software and PRO / E graphics software to explore the interface surface of two material after the two-shot molding, the impact caused by deformation due to shrinkage; The results present that the preferred interlock mechanism is an inclined surface design, undercut mechanism get stuck and can not be rotated. Secondly, explore the number of gates of 1st shot (via1, 2, 4 gates), this mold made by three-plate mold with pin point gate and the four gates can be found an uniform pulling force during automatic de-gate behavior. Finally, analyze 2nd shot material’s shrinkage and total displacement through Taguchi L9 orthogonal array experiment; the analysis results of S / N ratio indicate the lower mold temperature or the lower melt temperature can get a better flatness.
