Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電力電子產業研發碩士專班 === 104 === The main purpose of this thesis is to design and implement a digital-controlled switching power supply with high power factor, low harmonics and high efficiency. There are two stages in the implemented switching power supply system in which the first stage comprises a digital-controlled interleaved boost PFC and the second stage is a digital-controlled interleaved buck DC-DC converter. The used interleaved control strategy can improve withstanding current capability of elements, decrease the inductance, capacitance and EMI filter size. The digital signal processor TMS320F28035, is used as the control core for the verification of design and implementation. In this thesis, a 900W interleaved power factor correction cascaded with an interleaved buck converter is implemented and the specifications are input voltage AC 110 to 265V / 60Hz and DC output 120V. Under input voltage 110 V and full load condition, the measured power factor is up to 0.9963 and efficiency is about 88%. When the input voltage is 265V AC under full load, the efficiency is up to 92%.
