According to users’ life style, hobbies, and value systems, the system calculates the matching scores between people in order to find the best matching roommates for each other. Furthermore, the collected data from users can be analyzed the conditions of sharing rent houses in Taiwan, such as who is most needed to rent houses with others, where is the maximum demand and so on. This system is developed into two parts. The first part is “back end and data base”; the second one is “front end and user experience”. We apply PHP and MySQL to implement “back end and data base”. We use the Bootstrap, Html, and CSS to make the view of the system. This system is built with the MVC framework which is Model, View, and Controller. The system has been used since February, 2016.
