In this paper, we proposed load-balancing mechanism to integrate TaipeiTech’s single web portal and network enrollment system. We exploited the advantages of rapid deployment of the virtual server, combined with load balancing technology to effectively improve the campus information service availability and stability. Finally, the experiment data prove that the proposed mechanism can divert the flow of a large number of instant encountered events, and achieve the stable operation of the system.
