In this thesis, a new system design for the intelligent testing platform is proposed. Basically, it is implemented by the microcontroller and sensors. This platform has function testing of humidity, temperature, weight and the products internal and external flatness. Moreover, a specific analog integrated circuit with TSMC 0.18μm 1P6M CMOS technology is designed for sensors testing and thus can improve the whole testing between the microcontroller and sensors. Finally, the system not only shows testing results on the computer and the mobile with serial communication and Bluetooth but also uses the mobile to check the product passed or failed and then remove by the robotic arm. Experimental results show that this new proposed intelligent testing platform system can test and control effectively, and can be applied to the industry 4.0.
