In recent year, development of technology and medical are very rapid. People have more and more attention to their own health trends. So the technology is used to enhance the scientific and technological research of biomedical technology has become the mainstream. Biotechnology is expected to bring comprehensive development, and allow more patients get better treatment to them.
According to technology combined with medical is this system background. Further a wireless programmable interface system for implantable will be studied. This system is divided into chip and Microprocessor circuit two different design approach to do research. First port, the chip design is completed by TSMC 0.18μm 1P6M process. The received signal can be changed into form of packets by these circuits. Then, these packets will can make back-end microprocessor (89S51) were burned. Second part, Microprocessor circuit will use product of Dialog Semiconductor as system processor. This processor will be chosen because of its low power consumption and small size of the characteristics. Moreover, it also has function of Bluetooth transmission. After the preparation of the program, packet can be transmitted to the microprocessor through Bluetooth mobile phone. When the microprocessor received the packets, corresponding serial data was generated and the rear end of the microprocessor will be burn.
