Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 104 === We have synthesized Perovskite material using derivatives of ammonium salts with metals such as PbBr2, PbI2 or Pb(SCN)2. The products MAPbBr3, MA2Pb (SCN)2Br2 and Perovskite material with diamino group such as (Ethyl -1,2- diammonium)PbI4, (Propyl -1,3- diammonium)PbI4, (Butyl -1,4- diammonium)PbI4 has been succesfully synthesized and characterized using IR, NMR techniques. To our knowledge, it is a new material used for absorption layer of solar cells. Air stability of the newly synthesized materials tested by reflectance test reveals synthesized materials are relatively stable in air among them MAPbBr3 film has found to have the best air stability. Further, thickness and, morphology of the material studied using SEM technique reveals MAPbBr3 and MA2Pb(SCN)2Br2 have different surface morphology, and (Butyl -1,4- diammonium)PbI4 film has very smooth surface. Thickness of the studied material was between 400 to 600 nm. Hence, the newly synthesized material can be used for perovskite solar cells.
