| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 建築系建築與都市設計碩士班（碩士在職專班） === 104 === At present there are many old houses over 30 years will be remodeld and decorated to improve current living space in our country.The waste from the construction needs to use the different ways to handle compare with general waste due to various and complicate types.These huge amount construction waste causes our environment serious influence because of short of the number of legal environmental protection recycling places and lack of handling ability made a great quantity illegal abandon.
This study is from Interior decoration practitioners and property administrator "Principles of 3R sustainable reuse (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) views. Cooperate with the government “ Waste recycling policy”.Investigate the removal of traditional recovery process and how to reduce the total amount of waste strategies.Research Methods use case study, relevant literature and analysis. The study found that the Waste through Detailed classification, documenting and part of recycling can be reduced approximately 40% amount of environmentally friendly removal.At the same time, combined with existing Property Management Resource Platform operations to increase community residents available resources. Even more reduce the total amount of removal obviously.
Conclusions propose that Authorities should formulate “Interior renovation waste Disposal regulations” as early as possible. Implement Executive Yuan approved “General Waste Recycling promotion plan” on March 1, 2007.Coordinate future garbage cleanup administration emphasis to effectively improve and decrease renovation waste and then to reach the government promoted ultimate goal:Garbage non waste.
