If the computer can obtain and process all the information from the world automatically, we will be able to have significantly reducing waste, lose and consumption on tracking and measuring those information. This paper presents a system which is based on low-power Bluetooth 4.0 wireless technology (Bluetooth Low Energy). This system can be used in those daily use electrical appliances, wearable devices and some generate interior lighting. We can create a network through a combination of low-power Bluetooth 4.0 technology. This network will upload information to cloud through WIFI. We can storage and process these information on cloud.
