Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 光電工程系所 === 104 === In this work, we investigated the dynamics of "Noise-like pulse" from the ring cavity configuration of passive mode-locked Yb-doped fiber laser (YDFL) in net normal dispersion region. By the grating pair inside cavity, the laser cavity was operated around zero dispersion regions (around 0.18 ps2). The mode-locked pulse is generated by the topological insulatorBi2Se3. The Bi2Se3 is produced based on the Hydrothermal. First, without insertion of silt inside laser cavity, the YDFL is operated at Noise-like pulse (NLP) state. As pump power increase, the extension of optical spectrum toward long wavelength is obvious than that toward short wavelength. After insertion of slit inside laser cavity, the fiber laser transits from a NLP state to the DS state, with the characteristic of the steep-edge spectrum, as the pump laser power is declined below certain value. Through the moving of the slit in a specific direction, the peak wavelength of the NLP can be effectively shifted around 27 nm. Besides, the YDFL is transit from NLP to the DS state as slit is moved to the two edge of optical spectrum.
