| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 環境工程與管理研究所 === 104 === The technology market has more requirement for the product because of the rapid growing rate in developing country economic. Rare-earth resources take a very important role during the technology research and development. According to the research, Taiwan is near by several countries which have been mainly used rare earths, to find out the distribution of rare earth elements（REE） and the relative industry development. The perspectives of this study is from literatures analysis, through results from refer related paper, and choose the main industries in three neibor East Asian countries including the applications of Magnets、Hydrogen-Storage、Catalysts、Phosphors and Polishing powder, etc. Take potential output value as basis to evaluate of industry in East Asia, from the point of products demanding whit the data of yearly capacity、annual demand、metal content and metals prices, and the values are 4.25 billions, 630 millions, 780 millions, 780 millions, and 240 millions.
Finally, compare the strategic-stock systems and Sustainable Materials Management, connect the wholesalers of relatively Rare-Earths of domestic and foreign. Collect and organize the waste flow, with the form of resources recycling and urban mining to establish circular economy, improve cooperation and manage the sustainable development effectively.
