Because of the heavy environmental load, the lacking of natural resources and energy resources is highly dependent on imports;therefore, the development of circular economy is imperative. However, circular economy can’t reached in a short time due to it’s an integrative planning. Fortunately, the achievement of environmental protection in Taiwan is extraordinary. It builds a strong foundation for the development of circula economy, especially in the waste management system, which gets the most international recognition. For this reason, combine the E-waste treatment with urban mining makes Taiwanpromote circular economy efficiently. It can not only recovers the valuable metals like gold, silver and palladium, but also recycles the rare metals like cobalt, barium, bismuth and strontium. Urban mine can reduce the environmental impact which caused by the E-waste and make resources-recyclingsustainable. This study has made use of literature analysis and output the value of product for calculation with television, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner and cell phone. To begin with, calculate the value of urban mine in Taiwan, Japan, China, Vietnam and Indonesia in order to assess the urban mine potential in Asia region. After that, international green fund can help the industry in Taiwan transplant overseas. Finally, promote the development of circular economy in Asia. The result shows that the the Taiwanese ideal urban mine in 2015 can recover theprecious resources and rare reources from E-waste (television, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, and products about 230 milion NTD recycling value). Among them, the gold (Au) still have the highest recycling potential, produced about 1,366 kilogram. Next, palladium(Pd) produced about 408 kilogram, barium (Ba) produced about 58,468 kilogram, silver(Ag)produced about 5,280 kilogram, bismuth(Bi) produced about 12,911 kilogram, cobalt (Co) produced about 3,428 kilogram, and strontium(Sr) produced about 12,421 kilogram. Finally in this study there are 110million NTD of rare resource materials can be found in the waste mobile phone potential output value in 2015. 張添晉 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
