The nano-Gold was deposited on these Titanium dioxide by photo-deposition method under irradiation of LED light equipped with various wavelength. The TiO2 and nano-Gold catalyst were characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) to define crystalline structure, morphologies and particle size of the sample were determined by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), bang gap was measured by UV/VIS, element composition and chemical states were characterized by Electron Spectroscopy Chemical Analysis (ESCA) and the content of gold was quantified by Electron Probe X-ray Micro-Analyzer (EMPA). The gas chromatography (GC) was used to evaluate the CO conversion of catalysts at room iii temperature. To examine these catalysts, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) coupled with diffuse reflectance (DRIFT) sampling accessory was used to study the mechanism of CO oxidation. The result showed that the gold content in Anatase is more than Rutile; the particle size of gold in Anatase is smaller than in Rutile; the rate of Au0 and Au3+ is Au0 occupied in Anatase more than Au0 occupied in Rutile. So CO conversion of Anatase is better than Rutile. Also, the result impacts the CO conversion of sphere and cubic. 楊重光 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
