Smart phone built-in navigation and driving record software has gradually replaced to the traditional GPS(Globe Position-finding System) and driving record device. Due to the diversification of products will cause the suction mount need a variety of different load design. This suction mount is designed to focus on how to have more vibration resistant. If the suction mount with vibration resistant design is poor in its performance it will cause shaking for mobile devices. Screen shaking issue will let the driver look at the screen increases to focusing times. And when the car is moving at its high speed it may cause risk on traffic safety. This study is base on Kawakita Jiro method that collected market for all suction mount and shape classification into four shape were rectangular, circular, arms-shaped and I-shaped. And using cantilever beam principle to determine and analyze the parameter. The lastly using computer-aided analysis of Pro/ENGINEER Mechanica software and study vibration resistant performance of suction mount through several experiment get the conclusions is suction mount vibration will cause the screen displacement increased which is not conducive to looking by user. Suction mount with circular shape has the best vibration resistant performance. To avoid change angle between suction mount and windshield to cause screen displacement increased. Main structure of suction mount located in sucker center has better vibration resistant performance. Once main structure of suction mount thickness is larger, vibration resistant performance is better. Besides, it recommended the thickness to be between 1.5mm to 2.5mm of considering cost of plastic injection process and material.
