Through the measurement data, the IM-6225 is able to pass the Evaluation of Measurement System (EMS) specification, as Cg and Cgk requirements, in GM’s Global Machinery and Equipment Specification (SP-Q-EMS-GLOBAL 2004). At the same time, the measurement can also pass the type 3, unmanned operation or auto measurement requirements, which is the requirement of quantitative measurement system study as the same as AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) measurement system analysis MSA, the 4th version (2010). The second topic of the study is to investigate the best combinations of measurement factors, numbers of components (n), numbers of operational labors (p), and repeating measurement time (k) to pass GR&G conveniently. The previous study has brought out the best combination of selection sequences, recommending to have measurement personnel as the highest priority, more sampling population as the second priority, and next adding repeat measurement times under the fixed npk condition. The contour plot is visualized through the saddle area of n & k peaks. Therefore, the study applies realistic measurements to obtain data to conduct GR&R contour plot analysis. The best combination of GR&R contour plot is the selection of n=9~13, k=3. This is a new finding from this study. The third topic is to investigate the number of distinct categories ndc with the measuring factors, numbers of components (n), and repeating measurement time (k) to analyze contour plot. The best combination of GR&R contour plot is the combination of n=10~14, k=3. This also comes with a new finding through this study as well. The fourth topic is to investigate the case between 3.2mm to 23mm with the measuring factors, numbers of components (n), repeating measurement time (k) for contour plot analysis. The best combination of GR&R contour plot is the selection of n=9, k=3~4. This result is the other new finding from the study. Based on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th results addressed above, it is demonstrated that the recommendation of npk=10/3/3 in the regularly used MSA manual is proved practically reasonable and adequate in practice. 范書愷 學位論文 ; thesis 0
